Employment Status: Full-Time
Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat 8:30am-3/5pm
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic treatment team. as a full-time Registered Nurse and contribute to our clients' aesthetic journey while delivering exceptional patient care. As a medically-based company, Milan empowers its RNs to help clients achieve their desired results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer laser hair removal treatments adhering to Milan Laser's protocols
- Educate clients on the laser hair removal process and provide post-treatment care guidance
- Collaborate with clients autonomously to meet their medical or aesthetic goals
- Work with the clinic team to achieve company objectives
- Deliver exceptional patient care, fostering a friendly and comfortable environment
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in patients' EMR on a tablet device
- Ensure a clean and professional work environment, including room preparation between patients
- Perform minor laser maintenance to ensure functionality
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as required
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Willingness to travel out of state for training if necessary
- Dedication to providing excellent patient care
- Availability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Capability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to visually assess the client’s skin and operate the laser effectively
- Proficiency in operating a laser and computer/office machinery
